Mineral Rights Abstract
Dear Residents,
This message is being sent to answer a common question that is being asked by several members.
Bill Kutner, a resident of Gleneagles and one of our speakers at the 2008 General Meeting, is an independent landman and is willing to do an abstract of your mineral rights for $200 each. Bill does this type of work for a living. He may he be reached at (817) 236-3734.
The LCPOA is providing his name only for the convenience of area residents.
Update: I spoke to a representative from XTO Energy who informed me that XTO plans on leasing everyone in the greater Lake Country area including Secret Harbor.
