We would like to take this opportunity to invite you to join and support the Lake Country Property Owners Association.  LCPOA is a vital outlet for the voices of our community to be expressed and heard.  With the growing challenges facing our community, your membership and your participation in your association is needed now more than ever.  With your support and partnership, we can continue to better our neighborhoods while maintaining our investments.  If you have not already done so, please send in your annual dues along with the membership form below. The LCPOA Board meets the first Thursday night of every month at 7:00 p.m.  The meetings are held at the Fullness in Christ Church on Random Rd.  Please mark this on your calendar and join us anytime.  If you would like to speak at a meeting or have a topic that you feel needs to be presented to the Board, please contact your president, Brad Shaw.  We welcome your ideas and comments.  To obtain a boat ramp sticker, you must be a member of LCPOA or an associated property owners association.  Renewal for a boat ramp permit is JANUARY 1, 2007 and is good for one year.  E-mail your questions concerning a boat ramp permit to boatramp@elcpoa.org.  Please read and comply with all the Boat Ramp Operating Procedures prior to completing an application.
